The UNOX XWVRC-0711-H Oven Stand is a high open stainless steel support stand designed for UNOX CHEFTOP MIND.Maps™ countertop combi ovens, providing durable and ergonomic support for professional kitchen operations. The stand is compatible with GN 1/1 oven models and includes capacity for 7 × GN 1/1 trays with approximately 60 mm tray spacing for efficient tray storage and workflow organization. Constructed with reinforced lateral supports and heavy-duty stainless steel, it is suitable for intensive commercial use in hotels, restaurants, bakeries, and catering facilities. The stand measures approximately 732 mm wide, 546 mm deep, and 752 mm high, with a weight of around 22 kg, allowing the oven to be positioned at an optimal working height while maximizing kitchen space and operational efficiency.
