Terms & Conditions

Exchange Policy:

- The consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to them from the ready-made products within seven days starting from the date of receiving the product, and they are not entitled to exchange the product after seven days have passed.

- The condition for exchanging the product is that the product must be in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit. The (ready-made products) have the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its integrity.

- The condition for exchanging the product is the presence of the original invoice.

The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:

- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications they defined, except for products that have a defect or that did not meet the specifications defined by the consumer.

- If a defect in the product appeared due to the consumer's poor handling.

Return Policy:

- The consumer has the right to return the product provided to them from the (ready-made products) within three days from the date of receiving the product, and they are not entitled to return the product after three days have passed.

- The condition for returning the product is that the product must be in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit. The (ready-made products) have the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its integrity.

- The condition for returning the product is the presence of the original invoice.

*In the event that the conditions of the mentioned return policy are met, the consumer has the right to return the product along with a refund of the amount paid*
