Return and Exchange Policy:

1- General Conditions for Return and Exchange:

          • Exchange Duration: The consumer may exchange the product within 7 days from the date of receipt.

          • Return Duration: The consumer may return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt.

          • Conditions:

            • The product must be in good condition, unused, and no benefits have been derived from it.

            • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.

            • The original invoice must be provided.

            • If the product is defective, the customer must submit an official manufacturer’s defect report.

            • Products that are custom-made or tailored to specific customer requirements can only be returned in the event of a manufacturer’s defect.

          2- Shipping Costs:

          • The refund will be processed within 3 to 15 business days from the date the product is delivered to the company.

          3- Refunds:

          • The refund will be processed within 3 to 15 business days from the date the product is delivered to the company.

          4- Price Difference in Case of Exchange:

          • If the replacement product is less expensive, the difference will be refunded within 3 to 15 business days.

          • If the replacement product is more expensive, the customer is required to pay the price difference.

          Warranty Policy:

          1- Warranty Duration:

          • The product is covered by a 2-year warranty starting from the date on the purchase invoice.

          2- Warranty Coverage:

          • Repairs for manufacturing defects 

          • Maintenance costs related to those defects.

          3- What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

          • Damage caused by improper shipping or storage by the customer. 

          • Defects caused by modifications or repairs made by unauthorized parties.

          • Issues from poor electrical connections or power fluctuations.

          • Damage caused by not following the installation or safety instructions.

          • Cleaning of the product in a manner not documented in the operating manual.

          4- Warranty Process:

          • The same issue can be repaired two times during the warranty period.

          • The original invoice must be presented for any warranty claim.

          Cases of non-acceptance:

          • The product cannot be exchanged in the following cases:

            • If the product was made based on the customer’s request or specific specifications.

            • If the product's packaging has been opened or modified by the customer or an unauthorized party.

            • If a damage is caused by the customer’s misuse or negligence.

          Return in Case of Defect:

          • In case of a manufacturing defect, the product can be returned, and the paid amount will be refunded within the return period.
